Mr. Allen M. Scioli is the President of Scioli & Associates, P.C.
Mr. Scioli is a former IRS Field Assistance Tax Specialist and IRS Revenue Officer with the SB/SE Division of the IRS. Mr. Scioli brings with him with vast experience in compliance/collection enforcement and tax law procedure.
Mr. Scioli is originally from Buffalo, New York and holds a B.A. degree in Law & Legal Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Scioli is also a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Mr. Scioli has been involved in the federal
taxation arena for (19) years his experience
inlcudes practicing in a top national public
accounting firm and the U.S. Government. Mr. Scioli is a specialist
in IRS Offers in Compromise and has saved
clients millions of dollars with hundreds of approved
Offers in Compromise.
Additionally, Mr. Scioli has served as an expert witness in many State Tax Tribunal cases, U.S. Bankruptcy & District Court cases and U.S. Dept. of Justice cases dealing with the Tax Division.
Mr. Scioli is a former U.S. Treasury Secretary Appointee & member to the IRS's Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP). This federal advisory panel appointment allowed Mr. Scioli to have direct impact to improve IRS policies and programs and build invaluable relationships. Mr. Scioli is a

issues including new legislation. He is an

AMT, Capital Gains and most recently articles published in
the Michigan Lawyers Weekly titled “IRS Audit Why
Me” and in a Long Island New York Leading Edge firm,
Marcum & Kliegman LLP titled "Health Savings
Accounts an Overview and Comparsion".
Mr. Scioli is an Enrolled Agent (EA) admitted to practice before the IRS and holds a commission for Notary for the State of Michigan.
Mr. Scioli is also a previous Co-founder of several Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites in New York and Michigan and has assisted thousands of taxpayers with tax return preparation, tax counseling and compliance issues.
Mr. Scioli is a member in good standing with National Association of Tax Practitioners (NATP).

Mrs. Susan E. Scioli is Vice President of Scioli & Associates.
Mrs. Scioli is a
former IRS Field Assistance Tax Specialist and IRS Senior Tax
Specialist for the SB/SE Taxpayer Education Division (TEC) of
Susan has over (20 years) experience in the tax arena and has vast in-depth tax law training in multiple disciplines from fiduciary returns to the new tax acts and is a highly requested speaker every year for the MSU tax schools. Mrs. Scioli is a nationally acclaimed tax law speaker and travels the country as an invited guest for several nationally recognized organizations. Sue is affiliated with the Independent Accountants Association of Michigan (IAAM), Cornell University, National Association of Tax Practitioners (NATP) and Michigan Society of Enrolled Agents (MiSEA).
Mrs. Scioli is on faculty and staff with Michigan State University (MSU) as an instructor for the practitioner forums that travels the state teaching CPAs, Attorneys and Enrolled Agents new tax law legislation and complex tax topics. Mrs. Scioli is a former repeat guest speaker for the MSU Detroit College of Law Tax Clinic speaking to the Practices and Procedures class of graduating law students on IRS procedure.
Mrs. Scioli has several articles published and is currently involved with the National Income Tax Workbook. She has contributed to various chapters as an author and reviewer published by Land Grant University Tax Education Foundation (LGUTEF) which is utilized throughout the nation by various instructor groups to educate their practitioner communities.
Mrs. Scioli is an Enrolled Agent (EA) admitted to practice before the IRS and is a member in good standing with the Independent Accountants Association of Michigan (IAAM), NATP, and the Michigan Society of Enrolled Agents.
